Dan made his first real estate deal with $100 dollars only, and he’s been flipping properties since 2006 in big cities like Philadelphia, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, and Tampa.
Dan passed from reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad in a jail cell, to buying houses, condos and apartment buildings “as is”, and selling them FAST. One of his first dreams, as he began knowing the real estate business, was to create the dream home for the newlywed couple, and by pursuing that dream, he has now fixed and flipped for more than 3 million dollars in revenue
