Some success stories begin at our parents' house or basements… and some others can begin at a jail cell. However, as Og Mandino once said, ‘failure will never overtake if one’s determination to succeed is strong enough’. That’s part of Dan Breslin’s story, founder and president of Diamond Equity Investments. Dan made his first real estate deal with $100 dollars only, and he’s been flipping properties since 2006 in big cities like Philadelphia, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, and Tampa.
Dan passed from reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad in a jail cell, to buying houses, condos and apartment buildings “as is”, and selling them FAST. One of his first dreams, as he began knowing the real estate business, was to create the dream home for the newlywed couple, and by pursuing that dream, he has now fixed and flipped for more than 3 million dollars in revenue
With any business and dream coming true, Having great people around you that are committed to the same cause when you are starting a business or want to make a dream come true, can lead you to commit greater opportunities for each other. Walk with us in this Income Hacker’s episode to discover how greed can cause you to dismiss the value of being in a partnership, and that maybe splitting gains is not as bad if you are making an actual profit.
