All of the loans provided by Do Hard Money are short-term with a maximum initial term of 5 months and the option of three, one-month extensions (approved at the sole discretion of DHM). DHM does NOT offer long-term financing.
That being said, we can provide our members contacts that may help them be able to refinance their investment property into a long-term loan. If you are set on following the buy-and-hold method, we recommend that you get pre-approved for long-term financing prior to purchasing the property with our funding.
